Anatomic differences of leaf,petiole and meristematic nodules of Pulsatilla Koreana Nakai were observed. Histological examination results showed that leaf structure of P.koreana possessed typical characters of bifacial leaves:epidermis cells have thick cuticle and are arranged in a tense way.On the petiole cross section,the vascular bundles of the petiole are arranged in triangle and have bundle sheath outside.The xylem cells are of V-shape.Shoot organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis through meristematic nodules underwent three steps of developmental events.(1 )Globular structure with in tightly arranged small and deeply stained cells,which had no obvious inner structures.(2)meristemat-ic nodules with multi nodule center and tracheids elements.(3)Finally,shoot organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis were developed from meristematic nodules.%以朝鲜白头翁的叶片、叶柄和诱导的分生结节为材料,进行组织解剖结构研究。结果显示,朝鲜白头翁木质部细胞呈“V”字型排列,维管束呈三角形排列,外包有维管束鞘。分生结节的结构表明,初期的分生结节细胞排列较紧密,没有明显的内部结构;进一步培养,内部分化形成多个维管组织中心,染色较深的中心由垂周分裂的小细胞组成,周围分布着大小不等的导管细胞或管胞成分;维管束进一步分化发生器官分化,分生结节脱分化形成胚性愈伤组织并形成体细胞胚。
