The present invention relates to a yellow phosphor paste composition comprising: 10-40 wt% of SiO_2-B_2O_3-ZnO-Al_2O_3 glass frit comprising 14-28.0 mol% of SiO_2. 31-45.0 mol% of B_2O_3, 20.4-34.0 mol% of ZnO and 0.6-9.0 mol% of Al_2O_3; 60-89 wt% of yellow phosphor; and 15-45 parts by weight of an organic binder solution with respect to 100 parts by weight of the entire content of the glass frit and the yellow phosphor, to a method for manufacturing a non-planar white light emitting diode device using the same and a non-planar white light emitting diode device manufactured by the same method. The yellow phosphor paste composition is chemically stable, is resistant to a temperature and humidity, does not generate cracks or the like when being used for a long period of time, and has excellent light efficiency due to little discoloration even if it is exposed to high output and high temperature environment for a long period of time.
