摘要

The present invention relates to a yellow phosphor paste composition, a method of manufacturing a white light emitting diode device using the same, and a white light emitting diode device manufactured thereby. The yellow phosphor paste composition is characterized in that yellow phosphors are uniformly dispersed on a glass frit having a low softening point; the composition is chemically stable; the composition is insusceptible to temperature and humidity; the composition does not crack even after long-term use; the light efficiency thereof is excellent because the composition is rarely discolored when being exposed under the condition of high output and high temperature; the manufacturing process thereof is relatively easy; the manufacturing equipment thereof is simple; the composition has high process uniformity; the composition can be coated by, in particular, a screen printing method using a small amount of yellow phosphors; and the composition can be used for a remote phosphor-type package.
