The present invention relates to a method for producing a ZnSb nanosheet, which comprises the steps of: preparing ZnSb powder having a layered structure; mixing the ZnSb powder, a conductive material and a binder to form a ZnSb paste; applying the ZnSb paste onto the top of metal or metal alloy foil, followed by drying, to form a composite electrode; forming a cell comprising the composite electrode and a lithium metal electrode immersed in an electrolyte containing a lithium salt dissolved in a non-aqueous solvent; allowing electric current to flow between the composite electrode and the lithium metal electrode to carry out interlayer exfoliation of the ZnSb powder of the composite electrode through electrochemical lithiation; washing and drying the composite electrode comprising a ZnSb nanosheet formed through the interlayer exfoliation of the ZnSb powder; and selectively separating the ZnSb nanosheet from the composite electrode. According to the present invention, ZnSb, a layered material, can be exfoliated efficiently to form a ZnSb nanosheet.
