Disclosed are a system and a method for a real estate auction loan agency service using a mobile application. According to the present invention, when a client, who installs a mobile application in a mobile terminal to use a real estate auction loan agency service, requests a loan estimate of a property for auction by executing the mobile application, a loan agent suggests the loan estimate by collecting loanable conditions for the property for auction, which is requested by the client (requester), through a terminal of the agent, and then, a service providing server receives the estimate to provide the estimate to the mobile terminal of the client. According to the present invention, the client is able to compare and choose loanable conditions without visiting each financial institution or collecting information through advertisements or loan agents in an auction house.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
