The present invention relates to a method for intermediating for an international IP application to increase an exchange application in the international IP application. In the present invention, IOU is an intermediary agency that plays a role of integrating outgoing with incoming in international IP transactions. When a name of a designated patent office is inputted on a main page, a web site is composed of a balancing table window of the designated patent office to display a balancing table of the designated patent office, a search window to display and search patent office materials corresponding to a search formula when a condition of the search formula is inputted, and a contact window to input a content requiring cooperative execution or exchanging information with the IOU.
