The present invention relates to a method for intermediating international IP application for exchange IP. The method for intermediating international IP application for exchange IP comprises: recognizing a common base between patent offices which process domestic and international application for the same patent through a common base from primary data and secondary data; making a balancing table capable of recognizing the number of incoming applications and outgoing applications which transmit and receive between the patent offices having the common base; and analyzing the balancing table of each patent office.
