The present invention relates to a Mai mountain-shaped red or black ginseng bread containing red of black ginseng as a main ingredient and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a Main mountain-shaped red or black ginseng bread including a red or black ginseng extract, flour or brown rice flour, and tomato juice as effective ingredients of dough thereof. According to the present invention, red or black ginseng is used as the main material, and the flour or brown rice flour is used as a sub material, so aids to immunity enhancement, fatigue recovery, and obesity and diabetes can be provided.
