The present invention relates to a peptide sequence (SEQ ID 1-11) which can be extracted from a bass. The peptide has effects of resisting against virus and bacteria, reducing infection of wound, cleaning necrotic tissue, helping debridement of wound, collecting and activating more immunocytes, and promoting angiogenesis by activating fibroblast and corneocytes. The peptide promotes healing of wound, collagen genesis, angiogenesis, activation of immunocytes, has an appropriate effect of reducing wound infections, and is proper to be developed to a hygienic material for helping recovery and immunity to be provided to a physically weak person or a patient recovering after a surgery.
