The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a waterproof aqueous paint and a waterproof aqueous paint manufactured thereby. The method of the present invention comprises: (a) a step of adding 12-18 wt% of tetramethoxy silane (TMOS) to 15-25 wt% of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (2-HEMA), and adding 0.1-1.0 wt% of a catalyst thereto to form a reactant; (b) a step of adding 0.1-1.0 wt% of ammonia to the reactant to adjust a pH value to 12-13 pH, and then adding 0.1-1.0 wt% of a surfactant to be hydrated; (c) a step of adding 3.0-7.0 wt% of water and 13-17 wt% of colloidal silica to the hydrate and reacting the same for 160-200 minutes at a temperature of 65-75°C, adding 8.0~12 wt% of a reinforcing agent and reacting the same; and (d) a step of adding 8.0-13 wt% of calcium carbonate, 10-15 wt% of titanium dioxide, 8.0-12 wt% of zinc oxide to the reactant to be dispersed, and mixing the same with 10.3-18 wt% of other additives. Therefore, various colors are able to be easily combined, and excellent low-temperature resistance, water resistance, and water repellency are provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
