The present invention relates to a composition with biogenic amine degrading activity containing Bacillus subtilis HJ0-6, Bacillus subtilis D′J53-4 or Bacillus idriensis RD13-10 strain and an active ingredient thereof. The strain does not produce tdc or hdc, which is a decarboxylase gene and increases the production of yobN which is an amine oxidase gene. In addition, the strain is confirmed to inhibit and not to produce the expression of histamine and tyramine, which are biogenic amine, and thus can be used for the production of safe food without toxicity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
