The present invention relates to an attendance management service system customized for an outsourcing company, which comprises: a beacon terminal installed in a workplace; a terminal which registers information about a set attendance and quitting time and user information, receives beacon information from the beacon terminal by approaching within a communication range to determine whether the time of receiving the beacon information belongs to the set attendance and quitting time, notifies attendance or leaving information of the user if the time of receiving the beacon information belongs to the set attendance and quitting time as a result of the determination, and does not notify if the time of receiving the beacon information does not belong to the set attendance and quitting time; and a cloud information processing device which is interlocked with the beacon terminal from the terminal, and manages time and attendance information based on the notified attendance or leaving information.
