The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a recoatable LPM which comprises the following steps: soaking paper in a first soaking composition; firstly drying the soaked paper; soaking the upper side of the dried paper in a second soaking composition containing a melamine resin, an adherence improvement agent, an adherence additive, and a dissolving dispersant for coating the paper; secondly drying the soaked and coated paper; and cooling the dried paper. The recoatable LPM does not have problems including adherence failure or crack generation, can be applied to UV coating or poly coating on the upper side of a sheet without under coating or middle coating processes, and can attach transparent PET or PP for high glossiness.
