The manufacturing method of LPM of the present invention comprises: a step of impregnating a piece of paper in a composite for primary impregnation; a step of primarily drying the impregnated paper; a step of coating the top surface of the dried paper by impregnating the dried paper in a composite for secondary impregnation which comprises: a melamine resin; an attachment promoter; an attachment additive; and a dispersant; a step of secondarily drying the paper which is coated by impregnating; and a step of cooling the dried paper. The present invention can omit the processes of bottom coating and middle coating without worry over a defective attachment or crack, perform UV coating or polyester/polyurethane coating directly on the top end of a sheet, and realize a high glossy product by also attaching transparent PET or PP.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
