The present invention relates to mixed tea and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to mixed tea using stems and leaves of blueberry, adlay and leaves of amaranth and a manufacturing method thereof. The mixed tea is convenient and easy to drink by extracting useful ingredients from stems and leaves of blueberry, adlay and leaves of amaranth containing 10 times more human useful materials compared to fresh fruits, and can improve antioxidant activity of human bodies when being drunk as a natural antioxidant material to be easily drunk.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
