The present invention relates to a content verification system to more effectively verify data through hash value comparing calculation with sequence alignment algorithm calculation. According to the present invention, a method comprises a server device and a terminal device operating multimedia by defining the hash value comparing calculation to two modes in accordance with a type of contents, comparing a hash value for only a first frame in an image file, and performing hash value verification without calculation of the whole frame with the sequence alignment algorithm calculation in a video file.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
