The present invention relates to an attention concentration determination system for an online learner and a method thereof. The attention concentration determination system comprises: an input part receiving and registering content; a database generating content information from the registered content and storing the content information by category; a display part displaying content selected by a user among the registered content; a word generation part extracting a word from the content selected by the user and generating a content word and a noise word by using the extracted word and the content information stored by category; and an attention concentration determination part determining whether or not the user concentrates by using a query response composed of the content word and the noise word.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
