The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly method for manufacturing five blessings steamed bun with red bean paste filling manufactured through an outer skin dough to which an additive for fermentation which is harmful for a human body is not used, and adzuki beans sediment using Morus alba. The method for manufacturing five blessings steamed bun with red bean paste filling comprises the following steps: mixing flour, rice, raw rice wine, and fermented seeds to produce the outer skin dough; preparing water in which mulberry leaves were boiled and adzuki beans, adding the adzuki beans to the water in which the mulberry leaves were boiled to boil the adzuki beans, and filtering the water in which the mulberry leaves were boiled to separate boiled adzuki beans and adzuki beans water; adding seasoning to the separated boiled adzuki beans and boiling down a mixture so that the prepared adzuki beans sediment is put into the outer skin dough; and steaming the outer skin dough in which the adzuki beans sediment is contained in vapor to prepare the steamed bun with red bean paste filling.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
