The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a steamed bun. More specifically, the present invention relates to a red bean paste and a dough fermented by probiotics and the method for manufacturing the steamed bun comprising the same. The method for manufacturing the steamed bun fermented by the probiotics comprises steps of: (a) adding the red bean paste, fermented with probiotics to a dough skin for the steamed bun fermented by probiotics, and then fermenting the same to manufacture the steamed bun; and (b) cooling a fermented steamed bun at room temperature and then steaming the same with steam. The steamed bun manufactured according to the present invention is made of the red bean paste and the dough skin fermented by probiotics, thereby having a good aroma, an excellent texture, and excellent storability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
