The present invention relates to a double-layered resin sheet ensuring outstanding weatherability, consisting of: (I) a base material layer made of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin; and (II) a skin layer provided on the base material layer and made of a matt acrylic-styrene-acrylonitrile (ASA) resin. The double-layered resin sheet, which is produced in the present invention and includes the skin layer made of the matt ASA resin, is produced by undergoing simple production processes, exhibits outstanding features such as moldability, chemical resistance, and impact resistance, and increases values of products after applied to production of highly weatherable exterior materials for outdoors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
