Complex System Ensuring Outstanding Student Research Training in Private Universities

摘要

Improving the quality of education is always a key consideration in the universities. Especially for the private universities which focus more in the students, setting up a training system for outstanding students is a promising and interesting task. In this paper, an information technology based outstanding student training programme, which includes training objectives, organizational structure, core curriculum courses, teaching staff, support policies, learning and self-management and other aspects, are presented.
