PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-vinyl choloride type resin film for laminating a highly weatherable decorative sheet excellent in weatherability and not polluting the environment even if subjected to incineration treatment, and the highly weatherable decorative sheet having this resin film laminated thereto.;SOLUTION: Emboss processing is applied to a film, which is obtained by successively laminating a surface resin layer comprising an acrylic resin blended with 60-100% of an acrylic rubber component, on a base material resin layer comprising a polybutylene terephthalate film, to obtain the resin film for laminating the highly weatherable decorative sheet.
