According to the present invention, an electrode film has an excellent ion exchange ability and is stably bonded with a discolored organic polymer layer via a surfactant, and also has a protective layer including a graphene oxide (GO) for maintaining transparent properties. Therefore, mechanical breakdown of the discolored organic polymer layer is prevented by the protective layer even when the voltage is repeatedly supplied several times, thereby providing excellent stability and allowing electrochromic behaviors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
