The present invention relates to an intelligent pen management environment system using IoT in a mobile cloud computing environment applying information and communication technology (ICT) convergence technology. The present invention collects voice and image data which is monitored in real time through a sensor network composed of radio frequency identification (RFID) or an ubiquitous sensor network (USN) in an internet connected place anytime or anywhere, environmental data such as a temperature, humidity, or carbon dioxide, growing data, and growing environment information of a pen which is an environment element for growing livestock, and includes livestock monitoring, feed management, temperature-humidity ventilation management, and drinking water management in real time; provides the information to a cloud computer for processing and storing large-scale information; maintains an optimal livestock breeding environment by automatically or manually controlling the pen through the internet based on pen environment information measured through the sensor network by collecting and analyzing the data in the cloud computer; and improves efficiency and productivity of pen management through optimal feeding management.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
