The present invention relates to a balancing capacity measuring system for fall risk measurement and a fall risk measurement method. The present invention includes: a measurement table device detecting four load data, applied to four load cells, as one COP datum; and a tablet device receiving an i^th (i is 1 or n, n is a natural number not less than 2) COP datum from the measurement table device through wireless communication, and then, calculating an x coordinate value (COPx) of COP and a y coordinate value (COPy) of COP through the i^th COP datum, and generating a sway path to indicate a timed change trend of the COP coordinates by using the x coordinate value (COPx) and the y coordinate value (COPy) of (i-1)^th accumulated COP. Thus, the present invention is capable of minimizing social and economic losses by precisely measuring a balancing capacity for a fall risk only with an application in a tablet device and a measurement table device which is convenient and easily carried. Moreover, the present invention is capable of reducing falling accidents by more sensitively managing a highly risky group with the measurement of a fall risk, thereby preventing fear of falling and an economic loss to a protector, caused by medical expenses for a patient by falling.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
