Disclosed are a usage pattern-based user terminal voice recognition control method, and a recording medium thereof. The usage pattern-based user terminal voice recognition control method comprises the steps of: generating a voice recognition application list according to a frequency of use of an application program by analyzing the frequency of use of the application program run in a user terminal; enabling the user terminal to enter a voice recognition mode when a voice recognition mode entering condition is satisfied; and running an application program corresponding to the user′s voice when it is determined that there is an application program corresponding to the user′s voice from the voice recognition application list.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
