The present invention relates to a display device and a television device. Specifically, the present invention relates to a display device and a television device which realize an ultrathin part where an image is displayed so as to attach to a wall. The display device of the present invention has a structure for dividing the display device into a panel unit and a main body unit, and connecting the panel unit and the main body unit with a connection wire. Since a part of a driving circuit unit which is a cause of increasing the thickness of the panel unit is arranged in the main body unit, the thickness of the panel unit can be minimized.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
