The present invention relates to a portable needle injection device for mushroom cultivation sawdust and, more specifically, to a needle injection device for needle injection work during a mushroom cultivation process using a sawdust culture medium. The present invention relates to a portable needle injection device or a mushroom cultivation sawdust culture medium which enables a user to perform needle injection work with little effort in an easy manner applying a device using a principle of a lever to the needle injection work which, previously, has been performed by a workforce during the mushroom cultivation process. According to the present invention, the portable needle injection device or a mushroom cultivation sawdust culture medium comprises: a mounting member (10) which allows the culture medium to be mounted thereon; a joining member (20) which allows the mounting member to be inserted therein and fixated; a pressing member (30) which is inserted in the joining member and is slid on an upper side of the mounting member; a needle member (40) joined to one side of the pressing member; and a pressing means (50) formed on the joining member.
