The present invention relates to a granulated red ginseng concentrate, and a method for producing the granulated red ginseng concentrate using a fluidized bed coating device and the powdered red ginseng concentrate. To this end, the granulated red ginseng concentrate is produced by the following steps: drying a red ginseng concentrate with a vacuum dryer and then undergoing a roll mill pulverization process so as to produce a powdered red ginseng concentrate having specific size; repeating coating and fluidization processes by bottom-spraying the red ginseng concentrate prepared to be sprayed in the fluidized bed coating device under condition for fluidized bed coating using the vacuum-dried powdered red ginseng concentrate with size of 0.2-0.8 mm, so as to produce 100% granulated red ginseng concentrate with size of 1.2-1.7 mm; and coating for fluidization by spraying the ultrafinely powdered red ginseng solution. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce production costs by remarkably shortening duration for the fluidized bed coating, and also to secure excellent moisture absorption prevention effects and texture.
