The present invention relates to an apparatus for introducing compressive force to an upper slab of a bridge and a method for constructing the bridge including the same. The present invention includes: a concrete slab placed on an upper portion of a plurality of girders which are mounted on two wall portions; a reinforcement steel structure arranged in the concrete slab; a first slab tension unit provided at one longitudinal end of the concrete slab, and introducing compressive force to one end of the concrete slab; and a second slab tension unit provided at the other longitudinal end of the concrete slab, and introducing compressive force to the other end of the concrete slab. Accordingly, the present invention is able to minimize a bending moment and shearing force which are generated in a portion of an upper plate adjacent to a wall portion of a Rahmen bridge, as well as enabling easy and simple construction.
