Disclosed are a card payment apparatus for selecting a credit card to be paid for card payment after paying by a complex card in an affiliated store, and a card payment system and card payment method thereof. The card payment apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an affiliated store payment reception part receiving payment information of an integrated card generated in an affiliated store; a payment card selection part selecting a payment card of a user to be paid for a card use amount for each of the received pieces of payment information; and a payment information transmission part transmitting payment information to a card company of the selected payment card.
