The present invention relates to a construction method of a roof waterproof structure using fiber reinforced plastics (FRP), which prevents damage to a building due to decomposition and corrosion even if much time passes after construction of waterproofing a roof on a building. The construction method of the roof waterproof structure using fiber reinforced plastics comprises: a step of installing a plurality of handrail cover plates formed of an FRP material having an outer protrusion unit in a handrail in order for both ends of the handrail cover plates to overlap each other; a step of being installed in a plurality of first bottom cover plate and second bottom cover plates in order for a side of the plurality of first bottom cover plates and the second bottom cover plates formed of the FRP material to overlap each other, and of placing one side of the first bottom cover plate connected to the handrail cover plate on an upper part of the outer protrusion unit; a step of forming an overlap unit in which the other side of the first bottom cover plate and one side of the second bottom cover plate overlap with each other, inserting the one side of the second bottom cover plate into a lower part of the other side of the first bottom cover plate; a step of forming the overlap unit in which one side of the first bottom cover plate and the other side of the second bottom cover plate overlap with each other, and placing one side of the first bottom cover plate on the upper part of the other side of the second bottom cover plate; and a step of forming a gel coating layer to waterproof and treat a surface on the surface of the first bottom cover plate and the second bottom cover plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
