The present invention relates to an atopic dermatitis treating composition including a Cynanchi Atrati Radix extract. More specifically, the present invention relates to an atopic dermatitis treating composition including a Cynanchi Atrati Radix extract, wherein the atopic dermatitis treating composition induces expression of calcineurin regulatory protein and inhibition of inflammation including atopic dermatitis. The Cynanchi Atrati Radix extract is included in the rage of 1 to 10 μg/ml.
