The present invention relates to a shoulder protecting device for a shoulder surgery patient, which is worn by a patient who has injured their shoulder or arm, or had a shoulder or arm surgery to protect their shoulder or arm by stably immobilizing the arm to prevent the patient from moving the arm. According to the present invention, a patient′s arm is inserted in an arm rest to be immobilized, wherein the arm rest is fixated by a waste line and connected to a shoulder sling which is draped downwardly and joined to a shoulder pad sitting on the shoulder of a patient; and an underarm line which is joined by going under an underarm is provided on the shoulder pad so as to prevent the shoulder pad from climbing up on the neck of the patient.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
