The present invention relates to a method for detecting bilirubin in organelle of living cells and, more specifically, to a method for quantifying bilirubin in cells, comprising the following steps: transforming cells into recombinant vector including polynucleotide targeting organelle in cells and polynucleotide coding UnaG protein; measuring the fluorescence intensity of UnaG protein in the transformed cells; measuring the expression degree of UnaG protein in the transformed cells; and comparing the fluorescence intensity and the expression level and confirming coefficient of determination and tendency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
