The present invention relates to a smart belt and, more specifically, to a smart belt which performs a function of an existing belt, senses bodily change of an area around a wearer′s abdomen, and notifies a user of the bodily change, enables a wearer to be cautious about health, stores and manages wearer′s bodily change data by communications with an external device such as a smartphone, provides information for efficiently managing user′s health, and thus can help motivate the user. According to the present invention, the smart belt comprises: a belt formed to be worn on a wearer′s waist; a buckle unit to which one end portion of the belt is fixated; a waist size measuring sensor which is installed in a lengthwise direction of the belt, is extended and contracted in accordance with a change of a wearer′s waist size, and measures the waist size based on a resistance value which has been changed; a notification means installed in the buckle unit; a control unit, which is installed in the buckle unit, receives an input signal of the waist size measuring sensor, and controls the notification means; and a power supply means which supplies power to the waist size measurement sensor, the notification means, and the control unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
