This disclosure relates to nucleic acid molecules for the control of beetle pests through RNA interference-mediated suppression of target coding sequences and transcribed non-coding sequences in beetle pests and methods of use thereof. The present disclosure also relates to a method for producing a transgenic plant expressing a nucleic acid molecule useful for controlling beetle pests, and to plant cells and plants obtained thereby.
