There is provided a phase modulation method for individually controlling the phase of a DMD micromirror and a holographic reconstruction apparatus using the same. A holographic reconstruction apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a light source, an optical modulator for modulating and outputting the phase of light emitted from the light source, and a DMD for generating a holographic fringe pattern using phase-modulated light in the optical modulator . This prevents an undesired fringe pattern from being generated due to the phase difference of the light incident on the DMD, thereby restoring the digital hologram using the DMD.
