The present invention relates to a driver risky propensity analysis data-based vehicle insurance service method using psychological techniques and a system thereof. The driver risky propensity analysis data-based vehicle insurance service method includes: a step (S10) of determining whether a client is an existing client or a new client; a step (S30) of transmitting information about a driver risky propensity psychological test of the new client to a terminal or a PC if the client is determined as the new client; a step (S40) of receiving information about a result of the driver risky propensity psychological test with the terminal or the PC; a step (S50) of transmitting the information about the result of the driver risky propensity psychological test to a management server of a corresponding insurance company and then matching up the information with psychological analysis techniques wherein an insurance discount rate produced in advance is reflected; a step (S60) of generating insurance discount rate information by sorting a driver risk degree into ranks more than one, but less than 20 according to the matching resu and a step (S70) of transmitting information of insurance programs including the insurance discount rate information to the terminal or the PC to help the client to make an insurance contract. Accordingly, the driver risky propensity analysis data-based vehicle insurance service method using the psychological techniques is capable of distinguishing the clients of which an accident rate is low from the clients of which an accident risk degree is high according to insurance discount ranks based on driving habit data computed during a driving habit test process using a psychological diagnosis program for the clients of the insurance company wherein the psychological techniques are applied, thereby minimizing a loss rate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
