PURPOSE: A driver inclination analysis device and an analysis method using the same are provided to reduce costs by attaching a motion sensor to the existing location detecting device, collecting the information about the location, speed, and acceleration of a vehicle, and analyzing the inclination of the driver. CONSTITUTION: An analyzer (130) uses the current location and speed of a vehicle transmitted by a global positioning system (GPS) receiver (110) and the acceleration of three axes measured by a motion sensor (120) in order to determine whether the vehicle is in sudden acceleration, sudden deceleration, sudden rotation, or is speeding; and generates an event. A first communication unit (140) transmits the event to a server (200). The server receives and stores the event information transmitted by the first communication unit and displays the event to an administrator.
