The present invention relates to a method to manufacture fish meal by using tuna and pollack byproducts and fish meal manufactured through the same and, more specifically, relates to a method to manufacture fish meal by using tuna and pollack byproducts and fish meal manufactured through the same, capable of producing high-quality fish meal containing no less than 60% crude protein. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes: a step (a) of collecting tuna byproducts, including the head, organs, bones, red flesh, and large belly flesh of tuna, and boiling the byproducts at a predetermined temperature, and then, inserting the byproducts into a material inlet; a step (b) of aging the inserted tuna byproducts by using a heater; a compressing step (c) of separating primary sludge, water, and fish oil, which are contained in the tuna byproducts; a step (d) of separating the water and fish oil of the result into secondary sludge, water, and fish oil except for the primary sludge; a step (e) of mixing pollack byproducts with the tuna byproducts, mixed with the primary and secondary sludge, at a predetermined ratio; a step (f) of drying the mixture through a dryer; a step (g) of cooling the mixture through a cooler; and a grinding and sorting step (h) of grinding the mixture through a grinder and removing small bones and foreign substances.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
