The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing instant black sesame porridge powder. More specifically, the method for manufacturing instant black sesame powder comprises the following steps: (a) washing selected black sesame, roasting the same while the black sesame has moisture, and then quenching the roasted black sesame at 30-35C; (b) washing selected glutinous rice, drying the glutinous rice to remove moisture, and grinding the glutinous rice; (c) mixing the black sesame of step (a) and the ground glutinous rice of the step (b) at a weight ratio of 0.9-1.1 : 0.9 and compressing the same; and (d) allocating the compressed product of the step (c) in an amount capable of instant eating, inserting the compressed product in a package container, and quickly freezing the compressed product. According to the present invention, the instant black sesame porridge powder exhibits a color and an external appearance which have uniform color distribution without lumps of black sesame. A user can immediately eat the instant black sesame porridge powder after the user adds water at high temperatures into the instant black sesame porridge powder and a certain time passes. In this case, the instant black sesame porridge powder exhibits total color distribution as a whole without lumps, has the same taste and aroma as black sesame porridge, and can be immediately eaten.
