An occupation indicating device capable of performing wireless communications comprises: an indoor device including a body fixed in an indoor place, a detection sensor installed on the front surface of the body and sensing an entrance of a user, a wireless transmission unit for wirelessly transmitting a signal of the detection sensor to an outdoor device, and a first solar cell installed on the body and generating electricity by light of a lighting lamp installed in an indoor place to use the electricity as a power source of the wireless transmission unit; and an outdoor device including a body fixed in an outdoor place, a display unit installed on the front surface of the body and displaying occupation to be confirmed by a naked eye, a wireless receiving unit mounted on the body to wirelessly receive a signal applied from the wireless transmission unit and operate the display unit, and a second solar cell installed on the body and generating electricity by solar light or light of an indoor lamp to use the electricity as a power source of the display unit and the wireless receiving unit. Signals can be wirelessly transceived between the indoor device and the outdoor device, and limitation in an installation place can be relieved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
