PURPOSE: A wireless power transmission apparatus and a wireless rechargeable device thereof, capable of performing wireless communication and charging with a single coil are provided to perform communication and wireless charging even when the battery of the wireless rechargeable device is completely discharged, thereby improving communication efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A wireless power transmission apparatus comprises a modem(110) which modulates and demodulates signals to communicate with a wireless rechargeable device; a charging and communication signal generator(130) which is connected to the modem; a control unit which controls the modem and the charging and communication signal generator; and a coil(150). The charging and communication signal generator selectively generates a signal which is modulated by the modem or a signal to charge the wireless rechargeable device.
