The present invention relates to a cancer-targeting siRNA conjugate having enhanced intracellular transport capability, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, which comprises the conjugate. Using the cancer-targeting siRNA conjugate, the excellent intracellular delivery-enhancing effect and the target gene expression-inhibiting effect were confirmed, and it is expected that the target treatment can be more fundamentally approached in the prevention or treatment of cancer.
