A method for restoring a magnetic resonance image includes: a step of receiving echo plane imaging data; a step of obtaining an even-numbered scan line image and an odd-numbered scan line image in the k-space data of the echo plane image data; and a step of restoring a lost part by using the even-numbered scan line image and the odd-numbered scan line image.
