The present invention relates to a hydraulic jack including a safety device and an intactness lift method for an upper structure of a bridge by using the hydraulic jack including the safety device and, more specifically, relates to a hydraulic jack including a safety device and an intactness lift method for an upper structure of a bridge by using the hydraulic jack including the safety device, which can continuously support an upper structure of a bridge without being supplied with hydraulic pressure when lifting the upper structure of the bridge. Moreover, without operation by a worker, the bridge can be lifted with a wedge portion which is a safety device operated by a load, and a state of lifting the upper structure of the bridge can be intactly maintained without additional operation by a worker even if hydraulic pressure is not supplied during lifting the upper structure of the bridge, or hydraulic pressure is leaked after lifting the bridge.
