Operation of Hydraulic Prop and Safety Devices in Regime of Dynamic Loading

The results of stand tests of serialhydraulic prop of ground support under dynamic regimesof loading are presented. A wave character of pressurepropagation in fluid filling the head end isdetermined;the causes of destruction of cylinder wallswere explained. The protection device of hydraulic propfrom dynamic loadings has been suggested.
