The present invention relates to a dutasteride and tadalafil composite capsule composition which is a prostatism treating agent, and to a method for producing the composition. More specifically, to improve a dosing convenience of a patient, the total weight of a composition in a capsule is 400 mg or less, and the size of the capsule is suitable for the patient to take. A glycerol fatty acid ester derivative or a propylene glycol fatty acid ester derivative capable of improving the solubility of dutasteride which is an insoluble drug and capable of improving the stability of tadalafil are contained. Thus, the amount of the inner solution of the capsule in which dutasteride is dissolved and tadalafil is dispersed is reduced to 400 mg or less.
