The present invention relates to a ultraviolet curable hydrogel resin for transdermal administration, a hydrogel thereof, and a cataplasma using the same and, more specifically, to a hydrogel resin, to a hydrogel ultraviolet-curing the same, and to a cataplasm agent comprising the same. The hydrogel resin increases the moisture content of a hydrogel applied as a drug layer of the cataplasm, can control adhesion through alleviating skin stimulation and controlling cross-linking degree, and has an optimal composition and the composition ratio capable of controlling drug releasing properties and transdermal absorption.
